The protection of your personal data is very important. This privacy policy informs you about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app and the choices you have associated with that data. The app is intended for general audiences and users of legal age.
2. Data Collection & Processing
- Microphone & Audio: The app processes voice recordings exclusively for core functionality (note creation and transcription). Recordings are stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase / AWS, London, UK — eu-west-2 server region).
- Location Data: Location data is processed only when explicitly enabled and attached by the user to specific entries.
- Push Notifications: Device tokens are processed exclusively to deliver scheduled user reminders.
- Payment & In-App Purchases: If you purchase subscriptions or digital goods, payment transactions are processed securely by third-party store providers (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). We do not store or process your credit card or direct financial data on our servers.
3. Data Deletion & User Control
Users maintain full control over their data. You can permanently delete all your local and cloud-stored data and terminate your account at any time directly within the app settings (using the data reset/deletion function) or by contacting us at contact@namereload.com.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure & Security
We utilize secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase / AWS, London, UK — eu-west-2 server region) implementing strict data isolation and encryption standards to protect your information from unauthorized access. We assume no liability for unexpected security breaches or outages originating directly from third-party cloud infrastructure providers.
